Compromise of saleThis document is prepared by the SYMISA, recognized as agent. If no suspension clause exists, the signing of the agreement is followed by the payment of 40% of the sales price, tax-free. In other cases the percentage can be negotiated. After signing the agreement, the company may conduct geological surveys, necessary for the recognition of the ground. The authentic act of saleInitiated by the seller, it occurs within 6 months after signing the agreement. The tax free purchase price of the land, VAT raised, is versed the day of the signature of the act. The building permit The application for a building permit from the municipality can be made upon signing the agreement, in view of the prior corresponding clearing.
